CONDITIONS & RULES OF THE MAD SKILLS MOTOCROSS 3 RACER X JAM CONTEST

By entering this Contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to accept these Official Terms, Conditions & Rules ("Terms") of the Contest and waive any right to ambiguity herein. You also agree to the Turborilla Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This Contest is being sponsored by Turborilla and Filter Publications LLC, publisher of Racer X Illustrated ("Sponsors"). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, nor will any purchase or payment improve the odds of winning. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and where applicable state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met.

ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of Turborilla, Filter Publications LLC, Racer X Illustrated, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in any aspect of the Contest are not eligible. One winner per household. Contest runs until the conclusion of the Racer X Jam event in Mad Skills Motocross 3. To be eligible to win, entries must include a valid contact email address and be received no later than the end date of the event.

 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, play the free Racer X Jam in-game event in Mad Skills Motocross 3. To be eligible for prizes, you must provide a valid email address during sign-up for the event. Players may participate in the event without entering an email address, but they will not be eligible for prizes since a valid email address is required for prize notification and delivery. Players who provide an email address may opt in to receive marketing messages from Turborilla, Racer X Illustrated, and its partners, but opting in is not mandatory and does not affect eligibility for prizes.

PRIZES:

Grand Prize: The top overall finisher in the Racer X Jam event will receive a $200 gift card from Racer X Brand and a print + digital subscription to Racer X Illustrated.

 

Participation Prize: All entrants who provide a valid email address at sign-up will receive a free three-month digital subscription to Racer X Illustrated.

 

No additional money, fees, or consideration is required to redeem prizes. Sponsors reserve the right to replace any prize with an alternate prize of equivalent verifiable retail value. Sponsor gifts are not a prize you have won and are subject to change at the Sponsors' discretion.

 

ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the top overall finisher in the Racer X Jam event. All other participants who provide a valid email address will receive the free three-month digital subscription to Racer X Illustrated. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of participants and their performance in the event.

 

SELECTION OF WINNERS: The Grand Prize Winner will be the top overall finisher in the Racer X Jam event. The free digital subscription will be sent to all entrants who provide a valid email address during the Contest period. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by Turborilla via the provided email address. If Turborilla cannot notify the Grand Prize Winner within a reasonable time period, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

OTHER: By entering, you agree that disputes related to this Contest will be governed by the laws of Sweden, where Turborilla is based, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction thereof by Sweden's courts. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's agreement for Sponsors to use their name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city, and country, for advertising purposes, in all forms of media now and hereafter known, throughout the universe, without compensation. This Contest may be promoted in other countries or regions under different promotional names.
