OFFICIAL TERMS
CONDITIONS & RULES OF THE MAD SKILLS MOTOCROSS 3 SX GLOBAL PTY LTD JAM (CONTEST)
By entering this Contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to accept these Official Terms, Conditions & Rules ("Terms") of the Contest and waive any right to ambiguity herein. You also agree to the Turborilla Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This Contest is sponsored by Turborilla and SX Global Pty Ltd ("Sponsors"). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, nor will any purchase or payment improve the odds of winning. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and where applicable state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met.

ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of Turborilla and SX Global Pty Ltd, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in any aspect of the Contest are not eligible. One winner. The Contest runs from Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to Tuesday, November 18, 2025. To be eligible to win the Grand Prize, participants must provide a valid contact email address during sign-up for the event.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, play the free SX Global Pty Ltd Jam in-game event in Mad Skills Motocross 3. While players can participate in the event without providing an email address, only those who supply a valid email address during sign-up will be eligible for the prize, as this information is necessary for prize notification and delivery. During sign-up, players may also choose to opt-in to receive marketing messages from Turborilla, SX Global Pty Ltd, and their partners; however, opting in is optional and does not affect eligibility for prizes.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of two (2) round trip flights to Cape Town, two (2)-night hotel accommodation, and two (2) VIP tickets to the fifth round Cape Town South African GP on Saturday, December 13, 2025 will be awarded to one randomly drawn player from the SX Global Pty Ltd Jam event who provided a valid email address. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $5,000 (USD).

No additional money, fees, or consideration is required to redeem prizes. Sponsors reserve the right to replace any prize with an alternate prize of equivalent verifiable retail value. Sponsor gifts are not a prize you have won and are subject to change at the Sponsors' discretion.
ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one randomly drawn player from the SX Global Pty Ltd Jam event who provided a valid email address. The odds of winning depend on the total number of participants in the event.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: The Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from all players who entered the SX Global Pty Ltd Jam event with a valid email address.The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by Turborilla via the provided email address. If Turborilla cannot notify the Grand Prize Winner within a reasonable time period, an alternate winner may be selected.
OTHER: By entering, you agree that disputes related to this Contest will be governed by the laws of Sweden, where Turborilla is based, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction thereof by Sweden's courts. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's agreement for Sponsors to use their name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city, and country for advertising purposes, in all forms of media now and hereafter known, throughout the universe, without compensation. This Contest may be promoted in other countries or regions under different promotional names.
