OFFICIAL TERMS
CONDITIONS & RULES OF THE MAD SKILLS MOTOCROSS 3 BLOOD MOON JAM BY STARK FUTURE (CONTEST)
By entering this Contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to accept these Official Terms, Conditions & Rules ("Terms") of the Contest and waive any right to ambiguity herein. You also agree to the Turborilla Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This Contest is sponsored by Turborilla and Stark Future ("Sponsors"). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, nor will any purchase or payment improve the odds of winning. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and where applicable state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met.

ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of Turborilla and Stark Future, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in any aspect of the Contest are not eligible. One winner per household. The Contest runs from March 5, 2025, to March 25, 2025. To be eligible to win the Grand Prize, participants must provide a valid contact email address during sign-up for the event.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, play the free Blood Moon Jam in-game event in Mad Skills Motocross 3. While players can participate in the event without providing an email address, only those who supply a valid email address during sign-up will be eligible for prizes, as this information is necessary for prize notification and delivery. During sign-up, players may also choose to opt-in to receive marketing messages from Turborilla, Stark Future, and their partners; however, opting in is optional and does not affect eligibility for prizes.

EVENT STRUCTURE AND PRIZES:
The Contest consists of three rounds, each with a distinct prize:

Round 1 (March 5 - March 11, 2025): The top 50% of players overall in round 1 will receive an exclusive in-game Stark rider gear.

Round 2 (March 12 - March 19, 2025): The top 50% of players overall in round 2 will receive an exclusive in-game Stark bike graphic.

Round 3 (March 20 - March 25, 2025): The overall top finisher who has provided a valid email address will receive a custom Mad Skills Motocross Blood Moon Jam sword trophy sent to them. A second prize consisting of Stark merchandise will be awarded to a random player who provided a valid email address during the contest.
No additional money, fees, or consideration are required to redeem prizes. Sponsors reserve the right to replace any prize with an alternate prize of equivalent verifiable retail value. Sponsor gifts are not prizes you have won and are subject to change at the Sponsors' discretion.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of participants and their performance in each round of the event.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners for each round will be determined based on their performance in the respective rounds of the Blood Moon Jam event. The winner of the Stark merchandise prize will be randomly drawn from all players who entered with a valid email address. Winners will be notified by Turborilla via the provided email address. If Turborilla cannot notify a winner within a reasonable time period, an alternate winner may be selected.
OTHER: By entering, you agree that disputes related to this Contest will be governed by the laws of Sweden, where Turborilla is based, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction thereof by Sweden's courts. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's agreement for Sponsors to use their name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city, and country for advertising purposes, in all forms of media now and hereafter known, throughout the universe, without compensation. This Contest may be promoted in other countries or regions under different promotional names.
