Game Design intern - Fall 2019

Turborilla, one of Sweden’s leading independent game studios, responsible for the Mad Skills games, is currently looking for a game designer to join our team.

We are looking for a game design intern who is passionate about making great mobile and console games in a fast-paced environment with like-minded teammates.


What you will do

  • You will help us to fine tune details in our game design

  • Assist the team in documentation of features

  • Have the responsibility for smaller systems in the game

  • You get to work in multiple projects in different development stages

  • In this role you will get the chance to make a great impact on the game and its features.

Requirements:

  • A passion for games

  • Fluid in English

  • The internship must be a part of your education based in Sweden or sanctioned by the Swedish Public Employment Service.

  • Your education is within the field of game design, level design or similar

Bonus:

  • Fan of motocross or other action sports


The internship is non-paid full time and on site at the Studio in Umeå, Sweden. Which means relocation would potentially be needed. For the right person, there is a big chance for future employment after the internship.
